Its very urgent mater , i have airbnb house that guest left all the mess because they put tons of toilet paper inside toilet. Got clogged and dirty water overflowing the floor. The smell is unbearable. I called Mr Roy's. They came earlier than expected, took care the bussiness in a very fast manner. Everything explained in details. Just had Roy's install two mini spilt units. The installers were wonderful. Eric, Clint, and Frank explained how the installation would go. All work was professionally completed in a timely manner. Clint was absolutely meticulous in the way he installed the electrical wiring and refrigerant lines. At completion of the installation, all areas of our house were cleaned of debris.

Great customer service end-to-end. When needing a quote, a technician came out immediately to review the system and advise my options. The price offered was much more competitive than other companies. The team did a great job installing my furnace and air conditioner system the next day and were very professional. Would highly recommend.

Beginning with the first phone call the customer service was A+ Truly a pleasant experience. Jeff arrived at my home and spoke friendly to me and was very professional. After only five minutes it was clear that he was knowledgeable of the subject at hand and began to solve the problem while explaining what he was doing so that I could understand what was going on with my furnace. Mike Miller was the technician who came to check out both furnaces in my double home upper and lower. Not only did he do a fantastic job of checking both of the furnaces, but he was extremely clean, professional, but very friendly. I also like his honesty. I find that a very endearing quality in a person, especially when it comes to the safety and care of my home and people that live here. That man deserves a raise. I am going to ask for Mike every time I need any work done on my furnaces.

Exceptional service! Rob answered all of our questions and provided clear estimates to help us make the most informed choice. Clint and Braden performed the installation with absolute professionalism and respect for our home and property. They described what they were doing, clearly explained maintenance & operation of the new system, and cleaned everything up when they were done. We love Roy’s, we’ve used them for pretty much everything since we bought our house in 2020! I was just reminded how kind and helpful they are today when Jason came out to look at our failing hot water heater, he provided me with several options and explained the pros and cons of each, when I figured out what we should end up going with he got it scheduled immediately. When something is going wrong with your house the last thing you need is someone who is hard to talk to or not very nice, I’m super appreciative of his help and kindness!
